That roast coffee beans tastily 20%
Abstraction 10%

1.All process cleanly
2.Use with fresh coffee beans
3.Roast properly
4.Pulverize coffee suitably according to sampling
5.Good water selection
6.Set well and draw ration of water
7. Drink before get cold

Cafe Show & Fancy Food Festival


I went to The 6th Seoul Int’l Cafe Show 2007 & Seoul Int'l Fancy Food Festival 2007 with Alicia last Saturday.


This chocolate has pretty color :-)

Wow it's amazing!!
It made of chocolate.
So It is called a chocolate.


Roast coffee beans.

It is "cappuccino" that add milk and cinnamon that take bubble to espresso.
It taste smooth and bitter.
So I drunk it with sugar ans sirup.

It is "espresso" that point of coffee.
It tastes very very very very bitter!!!!! ;-O


Also I drunk "Drip coffee"
It smell is very good :-)
